Message	through the slits on the Stillen lip that has been added. Also, just because it has a painted bumper and a lip added doesn't justify a "red flag". These cars are old, a repainted bumper doesn't mean the car was in a high speed wreck which resulted in frame damage and the owner should part the car out and send it to the salvage yard to be crushed.
